No. Travyara.com is not an airline, air carrier, or aviation services provider of any kind. We do not own or operate aircraft, employ flight crew, or hold any air operator certificate. Travyara.com is an independent travel agency operating under ARC Accreditation No. 45572424. The airline you book with is the carrier legally responsible for your transportation, and your contract of carriage is with that airline — not with Travyara.com.
Can I cancel my booking within 24 hours of purchase?
Yes. In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, customers who book at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date may cancel their reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — including all taxes, fees, and Travyara.com's booking service fee — at no penalty. The 24-hour window begins at the time of booking confirmation. To exercise this right, please contact our customer support team through the Contact Us page before the window expires.
What happens if my flight gets cancelled by the airline?
If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled under DOT regulations and standard conditions of carriage to either a full refund of all amounts paid or complimentary rebooking on an alternative itinerary at no additional cost. Travyara.com will waive its service fee in all airline-initiated cancellation scenarios and will assist you in communicating with the carrier and facilitating your preferred resolution. Please contact our support team with your booking reference as soon as you are notified of the cancellation.
How and when will I receive my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide at the time of booking. For standard domestic bookings, delivery typically occurs within 2–4 hours of confirmed payment. International and complex itineraries may take 4–24 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your e-ticket within the stated timeframe. If you still have not received it, contact our support team with your booking reference number and we will resend it promptly.
Does Travyara.com charge a booking service fee?
Yes. Travyara.com charges a booking service fee on all reservations as compensation for platform access, GDS transaction costs, reservation processing, and agency support. This fee is fully disclosed in the fare breakdown at checkout and is included in the total price displayed — it is not added after payment. Booking service fees start at $15 for domestic one-way travel and $35 for international round-trips. The fee is non-refundable upon cancellation, as it compensates for services already rendered.
Are baggage fees included in the fare I see on Travyara.com?
No. Checked baggage fees are not included in fares displayed on Travyara.com unless explicitly stated otherwise. Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline, cabin class, route, fare basis, and frequent flyer status. Travyara.com displays available baggage policy information where accessible in our systems; however, customers should always verify current baggage fees directly with the operating airline before travel. Baggage fees are charged at check-in or at the time of online check-in directly with the airline.
Can I change my flight date after booking?
Date changes are subject to the fare rules of your specific ticket, which are established by the operating airline at the time of fare publication. Many economy and basic economy fares are non-changeable; others permit changes subject to an airline-imposed change fee plus any fare difference. Travyara.com also charges a post-ticketing service fee for processing date change requests — $35 for domestic and $75 for international tickets per passenger — in addition to any airline charges. Contact our support team with your booking reference to confirm eligibility and the total cost before authorizing any change.
Is my personal and payment information secure on Travyara.com?
Yes. All payment transactions on Travyara.com are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways — the highest security standard in the payment card industry. Customer personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store full card details on our servers after transaction completion. SSL/TLS encryption is applied to all data transmissions between your browser and our platform. If you have concerns about a specific transaction, contact our support team directly.
What should I do if there is an error in my ticket after booking?
If you notice an error in your e-ticket — such as a misspelled name, incorrect date, or wrong flight number — contact Travyara.com support immediately with your booking reference number. Minor name corrections (up to 3 characters) can often be processed directly with the airline, subject to the carrier's policy and a post-ticketing service fee. Date or flight errors resulting from a Travyara.com system or agent mistake will be corrected at no charge. Corrections requested due to customer input errors are subject to airline approval and applicable Travyara.com service fees.
