Beyond basic booking, Travyara.com offers post-ticketing support. Customers who need to modify a reservation, initiate a cancellation, request a refund, or navigate an airline schedule change may do so through our customer service channels. All such services are subject to applicable airline fare rules and our own service fee schedule, which is disclosed at the point of service request.

How the Booking Process Works
When a customer initiates a search on Travyara.com, the platform queries live airline inventory through connected GDS networks. Results are returned in real time and reflect available fares at the moment of search. Prices are dynamic — they change based on seat availability, time of search, and airline revenue management systems. Travyara.com does not artificially inflate or modify base fares.
Once a customer selects a fare and completes the booking, Travyara.com submits the reservation to the airline system. Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, a booking reference (PNR) is generated. An e-ticket is then issued and delivered to the customer's registered email address within the timeframe published in our Fulfillment Policy. The e-ticket is the official document of travel issued under the operating airline's ticket stock.
All prices displayed include base airfare, applicable government taxes, airport fees, and Travyara.com's booking service fee. Charges not included in the displayed fare — such as checked baggage fees, seat upgrades, and onboard purchases — are imposed independently by the airline and are disclosed on our Taxes & Fees page.
Our Commitment to Transparency
Travyara.com is committed to honest pricing, clear disclosures, and compliant agency practice. We do not engage in hidden-fee structures. All charges are presented before the customer confirms a purchase. We adhere to ARC regulations governing agent conduct, ticketing accuracy, and consumer protection obligations applicable to U.S.-based travel agencies.
We do not guarantee airline schedules, operational performance, on-time arrival, baggage handling quality, or inflight service standards. These elements remain exclusively within the operational control of the carrier. In the event of airline-initiated schedule changes, cancellations, or significant disruptions, Travyara.com will assist customers in understanding their options and exercising their rights under applicable airline policy and DOT regulations.
Scope of Liability
Travyara.com's obligations are limited to the provision of agency booking and ticketing services. We are not liable for the operational conduct of airlines, acts of third parties, force majeure events, or outcomes outside our reasonable control. Customers who have concerns or complaints about flight operations, onboard experience, baggage, or carriage conditions must direct those concerns to the operating airline. Travyara.com will, where possible, assist in facilitating communication with the carrier, but bears no liability for outcomes that fall within the airline's contractual responsibility.
